摘　　要：高校实验室安全工作任务复杂而艰巨,直接影响到学校人才培养、学科建设等工作的推进。在调研和总结当前高校实验室安全管理现状的基础上,分析了实验室安全管理工作存在的问题,提出建立"横向到边、纵向到底、全员参与、职责清晰"的实验室安全责任体系的思路和方法,并结合实验室安全管理实际提出基于高校职能的模块化安全管理职责。The laboratory safety work in colleges and universities is complex and arduous,which directly affects the advancement of university talent training and discipline construction.On the basis of investigating and summarizing the current situation of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities,this paper systematically analyses the problems existing in laboratory safety management,and puts forward the ideas and methods of establishing laboratory safety responsibility system of"Horizontal to side,vertical to the end,full participation and clear responsibilities".In combination with the practice of laboratory safety management,the modular safety management responsibilities based on university functions are proposed.
