高校化工实验室过程安全领先指标研究

摘　　要：化工实验室的特点决定了其危险性显著高于其他专业实验室,一旦发生事故,将造成严重的后果。参考化工企业过程安全管理的12个要素,从安全教育、管理体系、规章制度、化学品安全、人员安全管理、应急管理和仪器设备安全及其他7个方面构建了109个过程安全领先指标,旨在评估高校化工实验室的过程安全管理状况。将过程安全领先指标应用到化工实验室,对于丰富实验室安全管理方法和提高实验室安全绩效具有重要意义。The characteristics of chemical engineering laboratories determine that their risks are significantly higher than other professional laboratories.Once an accident occurs,it will cause serious consequences.Based on the 12 elements of the process safety management in chemical enterprises,109 leading indicators of the process safety are constructed from seven aspects of safety education,management system,rules and regulations,chemical safety,personnel safety management,emergency management,instrument and equipment safety and others with the purpose of evaluating the process safety management status of chemical engineering laboratories in colleges and universities.It is very important to apply the leading index of process safety to chemical laboratories for enriching laboratory safety management methods and improving laboratory safety performance.
