日本学校体育对中国体教融合改革的启示

摘　　要：党的十九大以来,体教融合改革进入深水区,供需两侧改革的难度都在增大。研究日本学校体育的成功经验,对中国体教融合改革具有重要的借鉴意义。近年来,日本在全民健身、竞技体育、体育产业等方面取得的成绩,都是以其发达的学校体育为基础。日本学校体育成功的关键在于深入人心的健康观念、完善的配套制度、高度发达的体育产业。通过研究分析得到如下启示:做好体教融合改革与健康中国行动的衔接与协同;深化新时代教育评价改革,大力提升体育教育质量;健全配套制度,降低学校体育成本与风险;提升学校体育需求,以健康档案替代体育测试;打造学校体育文化氛围,探索学校体育产业化运作;探索多样化的健康引导政策,提升全民体育需求。Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the reform of sports and education integration has entered the deep water area,and the difficulty of reform on both sides of supply and demand is increasing.The study of the successful experience of Japanese school sports has important reference significance for the reform of the integration of sports and education in China.In recent years,Japan's achievements in national fitness,competitive sports and sports industry are based on its developed school sports.The key to the success of school sports in Japan lies in the deeply rooted health concept,the perfect supporting system and the highly developed sports industry.Through the research,the enlightenment is concluded as follows.It is suggested to connect and coordinate the reform of the integration of sports and education and the healthy China action;deepen the reform of educational evaluation in the new era and vigorously improve the quality of sports education;improve the supporting system to reduce the cost and risk of school sports;promote the demand for school sports,and replace sports tests with health records;create the cultural atmosphere of school sports and explore the industrialized operation of school sports;and explore diversified health guidance policies to enhance the sports demand of all the people.
