摘 要:传统模拟视频监控系统存在设备老化问题,故障率明显增大,而且视频图像清晰度已不能满足高速公路隧道运营管理需求。高速公路隧道视频监控系统正经历着从模拟到数字的技术变迁,并将越来越向高清化发展。隧道高清视频监控系统能协助高速公路运营管理单位掌握高速公路隧道内交通状况,及时发现交通阻塞等异常事件,保证高速公路隧道内的安全畅通,也能在事故发生后发挥调度和指挥的实用价值。以山西某高速公路为例提出一种隧道高清视频监控系统升级改造方案,通过比较3种视频信号传输方案,最终采用摄像机-光纤收发器-以太网交换机组网的视频信号传输方案。The traditional simulated video monitoring system has a problem with equipment aging,resulting in a significantly high failure rate,and the video image clarity cannot meet the needs of the operation and management of expressway tunnels.The expressway tunnel video monitoring system is undergoing the technological change from analog to digital and will develop to high-definition(HD)more and more.The tunnel HD video monitoring system can help expressway management organizations understand the traffic situation in expressway tunnels,detect abnormal events such as traffic jams in a timely manner,and ensure safe and smooth traffic inside the tunnel.It can also play the practical value of dispatch and command after the accident as well.An upgrade and transformation scheme of the tunnel HD video monitoring system was proposed based on an expressway in Shanxi Province.Through the comparison of three types of video signal transmission schemes,the scheme of video camera-optical fiber transceiver-ethernet switch network was adopted.
