试论“互联网+”干部教育培训的信息化建设

摘　　要：互联网、云技术等信息技术的飞速发展,提升干部教育培训管理信息化建设水平,提高干部教育培训管理水平和效率,促进优质干部教育培训资源的共享,促进干部教育培训质量的提升,势在必行。通过对全国部分省市党校、干部学院、干部网络学院等相关单位干部教育培训及信息化水平现状进行实地调查研究,分析了当前全国部分省市干部教育培训管理的现状,针对目前干部在线教育培训信息化建设中存在的问题,提出了加强干部在线教育培训信息化建设的思考和对策。With the rapid development of Internet,cloud technology and other information technologies,it is imperative to improve the level of information construction of cadre education and training management,improve the level and efficiency of cadre education and training management,promote the sharing of high-quality cadre education and training resources,and promote the improvement of cadre education and training quality.Through the investigation and study on the current situation of cadre education and training and informatization level of relevant units such as party schools,Cadre Colleges and cadre network colleges in some provinces and cities in China,this paper analyzes the current situation of cadre education and training management in some provinces and cities in China.In view of the problems existing in the informatization construction of online education and training for cadres,this paper puts forward some thoughts and countermeasures to strengthen the informatization construction of online education and training for cadres.
