摘　　要：企业社会责任制度不仅是企业可持续发展的必要条件,也是维护社会公平正义、保障社会公共利益的重要手段。从经济法的角度出发,对企业社会责任制度的理论基础、核心内容和实践应用进行探讨,提出完善企业社会责任制度的建议,包括加强法律制度建设、提高企业社会责任意识、加强社会监督等,旨在推动企业更好履行社会责任,促进社会和谐稳定可持续发展。Corporate social responsibility system is not only a necessary condition for corporate sustainable development,but also a crucial means to uphold social fairness and justice,as well as safeguard public interest.From the viewpoint of economic law,this study thoroughly explored the theoretical foundation,core content,and practical application of corporate social responsibility system.In addition,the paper further proposed perfecting suggestions,including enhancing the construction of legal systems,enhancing corporate social responsibility awareness,and strengthening social supervision,so as to encourage enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibilities and promote social sustainable development.
