摘  要:在当前快速的经济环境中,行业用电和客户用电需求的改变促使电力公司进行变革或创新,以为消费者带来最佳的客户体验。为了有效地降低“一户一策”中提出的电费风险,国网公司计划建立一套完善的电费风险评估和防控管理体系,以便及时发现和预测客户的电费风险,并有效地控制和减少此类风险,实现更加有序、有力的电费管理。本文通过构建电费风险防控及信用评估智能算法来推进电力客户分类信用管理,并辅助电费风险防控应用工作的开展。The demand changes of industrial and customers’electricity consumption in current rapid economic environment have driven the reform and innovation of power companies,in order to provide the best customer experience for consumers.Aiming to effectively reduce the electricity bill risk proposed in the strategy of“one household,one policy”,State Grid Corporation of China plans to construct the system of risk evaluation and prevention management,so as to identify and forecast customers’electricity bill risk,as well as implement the orderly electricity bill management.The paper firstly constructed the intelligent algorithms for the risk prevention and credit assessment of electricity bill,and then promoted the classified credit management of power customers.Furthermore,the results could assist the implementation of electricity bill risk prevention and control system.
