城郊型乡村反向吸引城市人才发展模式——以大激店村为例

摘　　要：近年来,大激店村积极响应国家有关乡村振兴的发展政策,有序进行产业结构调整,深入挖掘乡村文化资源,发展特色文旅产业,开展乡村振兴实践,努力构建以第三产业为主导的发展格局,反向吸纳大量城市高质量人才到大激店工作和生活,有力推动了大激店的发展。基于此,结合大激店人才振兴发展实例,通过对相关人员的深度访谈,基于Nvivo质性分析软件,运用“扎根理论”进行编码分析,从政策、产业、人文等角度深入探究“以文聚才”城郊型乡村人才振兴机制的内在机理。In recent years,Dajidian village actively implemented the policy of rural revitalization,and carried out orderly industrial structure adjustment.Based on the exploration of rural cultural resources,Dajidian village has formed the development pattern led by the service industry,and has attracted lots of high-quality urban talents settling there.In this context,the paper used the method of in-depth interview and the Nvivo qualitative analysis software to conduct a coding analysis on the basis of the“grounded theory”.Meanwhile,the paper tried to discuss the internal mechanism of rural talent revitalization in suburban countrysides.
