摘　　要：随着碳达峰、碳中和目标的提出,交通运输领域也亟待转型发展。做好绿色低碳交通人才培养,能够更好地服务于绿色交通系统,为交通领域提供高素质人才支撑。本文结合我国绿色低碳交通发展现状,分析当前绿色低碳交通人才工作中的成效和面临的发展挑战,从人才培养政策、人才培养与产业需求、人才培养过程中的资金储备和基地建设等方面,分析绿色低碳交通领域人才培养中存在的问题,针对性地提出策略,以期更好地服务于碳达峰、碳中和目标。Along with the proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the field of transportation has to realize a transformative growth.The talent cultivation of green and low-carbon transportation can serve green transportation system better,and provide high-qualified talents for the field of transportation.Based on the current situation,the paper analyzed the achievements and challenges of talent work,and further explored existing problems in talent cultivation from the aspects of policy,demand,reserve capital and base construction.Then the paper proposed countermeasures,so as to better serve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
