摘　　要：概述信息化对残疾人就业经济效率的影响,阐述信息化对残疾人就业影响的作用机制,分析残疾人信息化就业服务存在的问题,提出应从提高教育培训水平、完善就业信息化服务等方面提高残疾人就业效率。The paper firstly summarized the influence of informatization on the employment economic efficiency of disabled people,and explained its function mechanism.Then the paper analyzed existing problems in informatized employment services,and proposed some countermeasures to improve the employment efficiency of disabled people,like improving the level of education and training,and perfecting informatized employment services.
