中华传统武术融入高职院校体育文化教育的对策

摘　　要：随着2017年《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》的出台,高职院校开始把继承和发扬中华民族优秀传统文化作为了教学的重点内容。武术是中华民族优秀传统文化资源的典型代表,中华传统武术是数千年沉淀下来的中华民族传统文化的精华,是中华民族独有的搏击术,在高职院校的体育教学中融入传统文化资源对于国家和学生个人的发展而言都具有重要意义。本文在对中华传统武术教育进行概述的基础上,分析了中华传统武术在高职院校体育教学中的现状,并指出了中华传统武术在高职院校体育文化教育中的作用,最后就把传统武术融入高职院校的体育文化教育提出了自己的意见和建议。After the introduction of“On the Views of the Implementation of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Inheritance Project”in 2017,higher vocational colleges set inheriting and carrying forward excellent Chinese culture as the focus.As the essence of excellent Chinese culture,the introduction of Chinese Wushu is of great significance to the development of the country and students.Based on the overview of traditional Wushu education,the paper firstly analyzed the development status and beneficial effects of the introduction of Chinese Wushu.At last,we put forward some opinions and suggestions.
