摘　　要：健康人力资本作为人力资本的重要组成部分,近年来引起了研究者的广泛关注。文章从健康人力资本的概念起源和内涵、结构与测量、影响因素与作用效果等方面进行了系统梳理和总结,分析了健康人力资本研究的现状与局限,并指出未来研究的可能方向,以期为该领域的后续研究提供参考和启发。As an important part of human capital,healthy human capital has attracted extensive attention from researchers in recent years.This paper systematically sorted out and summarized the concept origin and connotation,structure and measurement,influencing factors and effects of healthy human capital,analyzed the status quo and limitations of the research on healthy human capital,and pointed out the possible direction of future research,in order to provide references and inspiration for follow-up researches in this field.
