摘  要:目的:评价玫瑰茄水提物改善大鼠缺铁性贫血(IDA)的效果,以期为开发玫瑰茄相关功能性食品提供理论依据。方法:建立大鼠缺铁性贫血模型,根据大鼠体质量和血红蛋白(HGB)水平,随机分为低、中、高3个样品剂量组和阳性对照组、低铁对照组,另设正常对照组。样品剂量组分别给予玫瑰茄水提物250、500、1000 mg/kg bw、阳性对照组给予2 mg/kg bw硫酸亚铁,低铁对照组和正常对照组给予等量生理盐水,每天灌胃一次,连续30 d,测定缺铁性贫血的相关指标。结果显示,玫瑰茄水提物不同剂量组大鼠RBC、HCT以及HGB水平显著高于低铁对照组,低铁对照组的游离原卟啉(FEP)显著高于玫瑰茄水提物各剂量组;此外,与低铁对照组比较,玫瑰茄水提物各试验组的血清铁(SI)水平显著升高,血清转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)含量显著下降。结论:玫瑰茄水提物不同剂量组均能提高IDA大鼠相关的贫血指标(HGB、RBC、HCT)含量,对一些相关铁代谢分子(SI、sTfR)具有积极作用,表明玫瑰茄水提物对改善缺铁性贫血具有良好的效果;但高浓度的玫瑰茄水提物对大鼠体质量的增长具有消极作用,因此在实际应用中应注意不宜摄入过多。Objective:The effects of aqueous extract of Hibiscus Sabdariffa L.(HS)on iron deficiency anemia(IDA)in rats was evaluated which is to provide a theoretical basis for the development of functional foods related to Hibiscus Sabdariffa L..Methods:The IDA model of rat was established.According to the mouse’s weight and hemoglobin(HGB)levels,the rats were randomly divided into low-dose,mediumdose and high-dose sample groups and positive control group,low-iron control group and normal control group.The sample dose group was given 250 mg/kg bw,500 mg/kg bw,1000 mg/kg bw of HS,and 2 mg/kg bw of ferrous sulfate for the positive control group,and the low-iron control group and the normal control group were given isometric saline.The rats were intragastrically administered once a day for 30 days to determine the relevant indicators of iron deficiency anemia.The results showed that the levels of RBC,HCT and HGB in the different doses of HS was significantly higher than that of the low-iron control group.The FEP of the low-iron control group was significantly higher than that in the various dose groups of roselle aqueous-extract.In addition,compared with the low-iron control group,the serum iron(SI)level of HS was significantly increased,and the serum transferrin receptor(sTfR)content was decreased.Conclusion:The different dosage groups of HS can increase the anemia indexes(HGB,RBC,HCT)content of IDA rats,and have positive effects on some related iron metabolism molecules(SI,sTfR).This indicates that HS has a good effect on improving iron deficiency anemia.But high concentration of HS has a negative effect on the growth of rat weight.Therefore,it should be noted that it should not be taken too much in clinical application.
