摘  要:新零售改变了以渠道间价格竞争为主的传统模式,形成了以服务水平为主的全渠道互补机制.当考虑供应链渠道服务水平时,制造商垂直、零售商水平和制造商部分垂直三种模式下的产品零售价格、销售数量、服务水平以及供应链利润可以被求出,通过三种不同模式的决策值,研究发现,制造商垂直模式时供应链利润最高,而制造商部分垂直供应链的服务水平最高;当渠道服务水平存在竞争时,零售商水平供应链模式的利润优于制造商部分垂直供应链模式;当渠道服务水平存在搭便车时,制造商部分垂直模式的利润将优于零售商水平模式.Nowadays,the decision of omni-channel supply chains changes price competition in traditional muti-channel supply chains.Operation strategies in Omani-channel supply chains such as price mechanism and service free-riding have become important issues.When there exists service levels in these omni-channel supply chains,the corresponding retail price,sales quantity,service level and total supply chain profit under three supply chain channels can be obtained.Then,we compare the decision parameters in the three supply chain channels.The results show that the total supply chain profit of the vertical manufacturer’s omni-channel supply chain is the highest and the service level of the partly vertical manufacturer’s omnichannel supply chain is the highest.When there exists service competition in the three supply chains,the total supply chain profit of the horizontal retailer’s omni-channel supply chain is better than that of the partly vertical manufacturer’s omni-channel supply chain.When there exists service free-riding,the total supply chain profit of the partly vertical manufacturer’s omni-channel supply chain is better than that of the horizontal retailer’s omni-channel supply chain.
