摘　　要："现代酿酒工程装备"是黄酒学院一门重要专业课,课程内容多、实践性和综合性强、枯燥乏味.将"翻转课堂"与"任务驱动"教学法深度融合,在"现代酿酒工程装备"实施任务驱动式翻转课堂教学模式,能较大程度上激发学生的学习热情,提升学习主动性,促进学生个性化发展,增强课程学习吸引力.课程取得良好的教学效果,为后续学生实习、就业过程与生产企业的无缝对接奠定基础.Modern Brewing Engineering Equipment is an important professional course of Rice Wine College,which has many contents,strong practicality and comprehensiveness,and is tedious.Integrating the"flipped classroom"and"task driven"teaching methods,the task driven flipped classroom teaching model is implemented in"Modern Brewing Engineering Equipment teaching,which to a large extent stimulates students’enthusiasm for learning,improves students’learning initiative,promotes students’personalized development,and enhances the learning attraction of the course.The course has achieved good teaching results,laying a foundation for the subsequent internship,employment process and seamless integration of production enterprises.
