基于综合指数法的住院医师规范化学员培训满意度评价

摘　　要：目的评价广西27家住院医师规范化(助理全科医生)培训基地学员的满意度。方法采用问卷星对广西27家住院医师规范化(助理全科医生)培训基地的4864名学员进行满意度评价问卷调查,采用综合指数法对各培训基地学员的满意度进行分析。结果5家培训基地学员满意度处于较高水平,4家培训基地学员满意度较差,18家培训基地学员的满意度处于中等水平。结论综合指数法简单实用,可以用于评价学员满意度,结果客观可靠;广西住院医师规范化培训(助理全科医生)满意度水平有待进一步提高。Objective To evaluate the satisfaction of the trainees in 27 standardized residency(assistant general practitioners)training bases in Guangxi.Methods A survey of 4864 trainees from 27 standardized residency(assistant general practitioner)training bases in Guangxi was conducted through the satisfaction evaluation questionnaire;The comprehensive index method was used to analyze the satisfaction of trainees in each training base.Results The satisfaction of trainees was relatively high in 5 training bases,low in 4 training bases was low,and at a medium level in 18 training bases.Conclusion The composite index is simple and practical,and can be used to evaluate trainees satisfaction,and the results are objective and reliable;the satisfaction level of the standardized residency(assistant general practitioners)training in Guangxi needs to be further improved.
