摘　　要：近年来,自闭症儿童患病率迅速增长,给社区自闭症康复服务带来挑战与发展机遇。本文介绍了最新的自闭症大社交干预理念、体系、干预效果及发展创新之处。该体系从整合心理学视角出发,整合了建构主义理论、团体动力学理论、观察学习理论与最近发展区理论,将团体训练、运动训练、游戏治疗、家庭干预等要素结合,创造自然的大社交互动情境,聚焦自闭症儿童的核心社交能力的干预,从而带动自闭症整体症状改善。该干预体系与社区结合,将个人、家庭、社区各个层面的资源进行整合,不仅能降低对社区人员的专业要求,还能为自闭症家庭就近抱团取暖,长期坚持干预提供便利,为自闭症群体的长期康复及人生发展提供现实支持。In recent years,the prevalence of autistic children has increased rapidly,bringing challenges and chances to the community rehabilitation services for autism.This article introduces the latest group-based social skills training for autism,including its theoretical concept,system structure,intervention effect,development and innovation.Based on the perspective of integrative psychology,this system integrates the Constructivism,Group Dynamics Theory,Observational Learning Theory,and Zone of Proximal Development Theory,and combines group training,sports training,game therapy,family intervention and others elements to creates a natural social interaction situation,which in order to focus on intervention of the core social capabilities of autistic children,thereby driving the improvement of the overall symptoms of autism.This intervention system integrates resources at all levels of individuals,family and communities.It can not only reduce the professional requirements for community workers,but also provide convenience for autistic families to hold a group for warmth nearby and persist long-term intervention.In general,this intervention system provides practical support practical support for the long-term rehabilitation and life development of autistic groups.
