精准帮扶背景下城市低保青少年家庭的困境与抗逆力——以北京市Z街道为例

摘　　要：低保青少年家庭即生活在当地最低收入标准以下,经济相对匮乏,享受国家最低生活保障制度,子女为青少年的家庭。在精准帮扶的背景下欲探究城市低保青少年家庭面临的困境及其抗逆力,采用质性研究对北京市Z街道10户低保青少年家庭,共计15人进行深度访谈,对访谈内容进行主题分析。结果表明,低保青少年家庭面临诸多困境:疾病重压、照顾负担、经济拮据、亲职压力。然而在这样的困境中,也能看到家庭的抗逆力,具体有:积极人格、家庭凝聚力、社会政策支持。未来对低保青少年家庭的帮扶可以考虑两方面:一方面要尽可能改变困境,减少挑战;另一方面也要增加家庭的抗逆力,打破困境之锁。In the background of precise assistance project,we want to explore the difficulties and resilience faced by the urban low-income families.A qualitative study was conducted to conduct in-depth interviews with 15 family members from 10 families of low-income families in Z neighborhood of Beijing.The results show that the families of low-income adolescents are faced with many predicament:the pressure of illness,the burden of care,financial constraints,parental pressure.However,in such predicament,we can also see the resilience of the family,specifically including:positive personality,family cohesion and social policy support.These resources are the key to breaking the vicious circle of predicament.In the future,we can consider two aspects to help them:on the one hand,we should try our best to change the difficulties and reduce the challenges;on the other hand,we should also increase the resilience of families.
