大学生从众心理的利弊与思想政治教育应对

摘　　要：从众心理是大学生群体的一种典型性心理现象。从众心理对大学生的政治认同、职业选择、恋爱情感、消费习惯、创新意识等方面均有影响。高校思政教育工作者应明确大学生从众心理与行为的产生机理,结合大学生思想政治教育实际,引导大学生认知从众心理的利与弊,帮助大学生明确普遍性与差异性、认知与实践、被动依从与独立主动这三大关系,切实提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性。Conformity psychology,as a common psychological phenomenon among college students,is one of the psychological factors that has a significant impact on students’typical behaviors.It affects their political identity,career choice,love feelings,consumption habits,and innovation consciousness.Educators in colleges and universities should clarify the inner mechanism of the conformity psychology and behavior of college students,guide them to define relationships between universality and difference,cognition and practice,passive compliance and independent initiative,accurately perceive the advantages and disadvantages of the herd mentality,and cultivate a positive and healthy mentality and independent personality.
