响应面法优化桑葚膏滋处方用量的研究

摘  要:本煎膏剂处方是以《慎斋遗书》卷七中的桑葚膏为基础,加入山药、龙眼肉和甘草三味中药,煎煮后的药液,添加蜂蜜制备成能治疗肝肾阴虚、心悸失眠、津伤口渴的滋补膏滋。以上述配方和传统工艺为依据,根据四味中药的化学成分和药理作用,采用响应面法对药方中各味药进行用量研究,得出桑葚膏滋的最佳用量为桑葚53.68 g、山药22.73 g、龙眼肉9.18 g、甘草7.75 g,此时出膏率为39.57%。通过外观、相对密度、不溶物进行膏滋质量评价,结果表明各考察指标均符合《中华人民共和国药典四部》有关膏滋项的规定。The decocting ointment prescription used in this project is based on mulberry paste in volume 7 of Shenzhai Diary Book.On the basis of retaining the medication characteristics of the original prescription,the three herbs of yam,longan meat and licorice are added under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.After decocting the formula,honey can be added to prepare a kind of nourishing cream for the treatment of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,palpitation,insomnia and thirst.Based on the above formula and traditional technology,according to the chemical composition and pharmacological action characteristics of the four flavors,response surface methodology was adopted to conduct dosage research of each flavor in the prescription,and the optimal dosage was mulberry 53.68 g,Chinese yam 22.73 g,longan 9.18 g,licorice 7.75 g and the yield rate was 39.57%.The quality of the paste was evaluated by appearance,relative density,insoluble matter and content determination.The results showed that all the indexes were in accordance with the provisions of the relevant ointment items of the Publications of the People’Republic of China.
