摘 要:目的运用氢化物原子荧光光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法对富硒大米中的硒含量进行测定。方法使用微波消解仪对富硒大米样品进行前处理,分别采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定富硒大米中硒的含量,并对2种方法进行对比分析。结果2种方法的线性回归方程的相关系数均大于0.999,其方法检出限分别为0.011μg/L和0.032μg/L,加标回收率为95.1%~102.7%,相对标准偏差均小于5%,2种方法均具有良好的准确度和灵敏度。结论电感耦合等离子体质谱法简单快速、线性范围宽,更加省时,效率更高。Objective To determine Selenium content in Se enriched rice by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods The samples were digested by microwave digestion for pretreatment.The methods of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS)for determination of selenium in Se entiched rice were developed and compared.The two methods were compared.Results The correlation coefficients for the standard curves of the two methods were greater than 0.999,and the detection limits were 0.011μg/L and 0.032μg/L,respectively.The recoveries varied from 95.1%to 102.7%,and the relative standard deviations was less than 5%.The two methods have good accuracy and sensitivity.Conclusions The experimental results show that ICP-MS is simple,rapid,and which has a wide linear range and the precision and recovery are better than HG-AFS.
