联合筋膜鞘悬吊术矫正重度先天性上睑下垂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用联合筋膜鞘悬吊术治疗重度先天性上睑下垂的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2015年1月至2018年1月收治的应用联合筋膜鞘悬吊术矫正重度先天性上睑下垂26例(47只眼)患者的临床资料,并随访患者术后上睑下垂的矫正程度、眼睑闭合情况及不良反应发生情况。结果术后随访12个月,矫正不足2例(3只眼,6.38%),其余24例(44只眼,93.62%)上睑下垂矫正完全,无矫正过度和复发。术后发生结膜脱垂2例(2只眼,4.26%),经皮质类固醇激素眼药水滴眼、加压包扎后,结膜脱垂消失;无其他严重并发症发生。结论应用联合筋膜鞘悬吊术矫正重度先天性上睑下垂,操作安全有效,术后外观更自然。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of conjoint fascial sheath suspension in the correction of severe congenital blepharoptosis.Methods From January 2015 to 2018,26 patients(47 eyes)suffered from severe congenital blepharoptosis underwent conjoint fascial sheath suspension were retrospectively analyzed.The correction degree of blepharoptosis,closure condition of eyelid and occurrence of adverse reactions were followed up and recorded.Results All patients were followed-up for 12 months after operation.There were 2 cases(3 eyes,6.38%)of insufficient correction.The remaining 24 patients(44 eyes,93.62%)with severe congenital blepharoptosis were completely corrected.No recurrence or overcorrection occurred.There were 2 cases(2 eyes,4.26%)of conjunctival prolapse and cured after corticosteroid hormone eye drops treatment and pressure dressing.No other severe complications occurred.Conclusion The application of conjoint fascial sheath suspension in the correction of severe congenital blepharoptosis was safe and effective.The postoperative appearance was natural.
