摘 要:骨骼是许多恶性肿瘤常见的转移部位,骨转移的发生发展严重影响了患者的生活质量。因此,临床早期诊断对于肿瘤骨转移的防治至关重要,但目前临床上缺乏明确的生物标志物来识别或预测骨转移的进程。肿瘤骨转移与炎症密切相关,其中,炎症因子作为肿瘤与骨微环境的重要媒介,促进肿瘤侵袭与转移的同时,还影响成骨细胞和破骨细胞的活性和功能,破环骨微环境稳态,为肿瘤在骨中的定殖和转移提供有利的条件,从而影响肿瘤骨转移的进程。本文综述了炎症因子在肿瘤骨转移中的调控机制,探讨了炎症因子作为骨转移生物标志物的可行性,为肿瘤骨转移的早期诊断和防治提供潜在的生物标志物和分子靶点。Bone is a common metastatic organ in many malignant tumors,and the occurrence and development of bone metastasis have seriously affected the patient’s quality life.Therefore,early clinical diagnosis is very important for the prevention and treatment of tumor bone metastasis,but there is a lack of clear biomarkers to identify or predict the process of bone metastasis.Tumor bone metastasis is closely related to inflammation,in which inflammatory factors,as important mediators of tumor and bone microenvironment,not only promote tumor invasion and metastasis,but also affect the activity and function of osteoblasts and osteoclasts,and break the homeostasis of bone microenvironment.They provide favorable conditions for tumor colonization and metastasis in bone,thus affecting the process of tumor bone metastasis.In this paper,the regulatory mechanisms of inflammatory factors on tumor bone metastasis were reviewed,and the possibility of inflammatory factors as biomarkers of bone metastasis was discussed,so as to provide potential biomarkers and molecular targets for the early diagnosis and prevention of tumor bone metastasis.
