民族地区劳务就业扶贫带动群众脱贫路径探析——以贵州省黔西南布依族苗族自治州为例

摘　　要：就业是贫困群众增收的有效方式,是斩断穷根的重要手段,是最大的民生。今年是决战决胜脱贫攻坚和全面建成小康社会的收官之年,民族地区脱贫攻坚任务艰巨。黔西南布依族苗族自治州(以下简称"黔西南州")作为全国30个少数民族自治州中最年轻的自治州之一,在劳务就业扶贫工作中率先探索实施"劳务协作稳岗模式",为其他地方提供了经验借鉴。本文系统分析了做好劳务就业扶贫工作的现实意义,通过深入调研总结了做法成效,提出了对策建议。Employment is an effective way for the poor to increase their income,an important means to cut off the root of poverty,and the greatest livelihood of the people.This year is the last period of the decisive battle to overcome poverty and build a well-off society in an all-round way.Guizhou Southwest Buyi Miao Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter referred to as"Qianxinan Prefecture"),as one of the youngest autonomous prefectures in 30 minority autonomous prefectures in China,took the lead in exploring and implementing the"mode of labor cooperation and stable post"in the work of poverty alleviation offering experience for other places This paper systematically analyzes the practical significance of doing a good job in helping the poor in labor employment,summarizes the results of the practice through in-depth investigation,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
