摘 要:聚乳酸(Polylactic acid,PLA)因其原料来源丰富、加工性能优异、生物相容性优良和可降解可再生的优点,广泛应用于纺织、医疗、包装等领域,但其成本高昂的缺点也逐渐凸显。本研究拟以PLA为基体,廉价可再生的软木或廉价的碳酸钙为填料,降低PLA成本,利用双螺杆挤出机,采用挤出-注塑的方法制备PLA软木复合材料和PLA碳酸钙复合材料,探究软木/碳酸钙添加量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:软木添加量为1%时,PLA软木复合材料的力学性能最优;其中弯曲强度为95.7 MPa,优于纯PLA,弹性模量与纯PLA相当,拉伸强度和最大力略低于纯PLA。碳酸钙添加量为3%时,PLA碳酸钙复合材料的力学性能最优;其中弯曲强度与纯PLA持平,弹性模量、拉伸强度和最大力略低于纯PLA。在维持原力学性能和可降解性的前提下,PLA软木/碳酸钙复合材料可以降低PLA的成本,助力PLA的广泛应用。Polylactic acid(PLA)is widely used in textile,medical,packaging and other fields because of its abundant raw materials,excellent processing properties,excellent Biocompatibility and degradable and renewable advantages,but its costly drawbacks are also becoming apparent.In this study,PlA cork composites and PLA calcium carbonate composites were prepared by extrusion-injection molding method with PLA as matrix,cheap and renewable cork or cheap calcium carbonate as filler,the effect of the content of cork/calcium carbonate on the properties of the composites was investigated.The results showed that the mechanical properties of PLA/Cork composites were the best when the content of cork was 1%,and the bending strength was 95.7 MPa,which was better than that of pure PLA,the elastic modulus was equivalent to that of pure PLA,the tensile strength and the maximum strength were slightly lower than that of pure PLA.When the content of calcium carbonate was 3%,the mechanical properties of PLA/calcium carbonate composites were the best,the flexural strength was the same as that of pure PLA,and the modulus of elasticity,tensile strength and maximum strength were slightly lower than that of pure PLA.The PLA cork/calcium carbonate composite can reduce the cost of PLA and promote the wide application of PLA while maintaining its mechanical properties and degradability.
