摘  要:从分子基团角度研究染料在木材中渗透差异的机理具有重要的理论和实践意义,本文运用FTIR对楸木和意大利杨木材进行红外光谱分析,结果表明楸木和意大利杨中存在大量烃基、羟基(缔合状态)、缩醛基(醚基)和羧基等基团。意大利杨的O-H、N=O、C-CL、C=O、C-O、N-H等极性基团含量大于楸木,根据相似相溶原理,意大利杨亲水性大于楸木。将楸木和意大利杨分别置于酸性、中性和碱性染液中进行单因素染色渗透试验。试验结果显示:酸性染料、中性染料和碱性染料在楸木和意大利杨中的平均纵向渗透高度分别为20.7、8.9、15.1 mm和21、10.4、18.2 mm,三种不同结构染料在意大利杨平均纵向渗透高度均大于楸木,证实了意大利杨亲水性大于楸木。木材中的分子基团种类、状态显著影响着染料在木材中渗透深度和均匀性,木材极性基团越多,亲水性越好,渗透性也越好。It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the mechanism of dye penetration difference in wood from the perspective of molecular groups.In this paper,FTIR was used to analysis of Catalpa bungei C.A.Mcy wood and Populus nigra L.wood.The results show that a large number of hydrocarbon group,hydroxyl group(association state),acetyl group(ether group)and carboxyl groups are present in Catalpa bungei C.A.Mcy wood and Populus nigra L..The polar group content of O-H,N=O,C-CL,C=O,C-O,N-H and others is greater than that of Catalpa bungei C.A.Mcy wood,and according to the similar phase dissolution principle,the hydrophilicity of Populus nigra L.is greater than that of Catalpa bungei C.A.Mcy wood.Catalpa bungei C.A.Mcy and Populus nigra L.were placed in acid,neutral and alkaline dye fluids for univariate staining penetration assays.The test results showed that the average longitudinal penetration height of acid,neutral dye and alkaline dyes in Catalpa bungei C.A.Mcy wood and Populus nigra L.was 20.7,8.9,15.1 mm and 21,10.4,18.2 mm,respectively,and the average longitudinal penetration height of the three different structural dyes in Populus nigra L.was greater than Catalpa bungei C.A.Mcy wood,confirming that the hydrophilicity of Populus nigra L.was greater than that.The type and state of molecular groups in wood significantly affect the depth and uniformity of dye penetration in wood.The more wood polar groups,the better the hydrophilic,the better the permeability.
