摘　　要：针灸治疗胃部疾病疗效确切,相关的机制研究也取得了许多成果,其中运用神经示踪技术对胃部疾病常用腧穴与胃关联的机制研究,为针灸治疗胃部疾病提供了可靠的神经生物学证据,本文对此进行了系统回顾并就这一领域的研究动态及存在的问题进行了讨论。包括:运用数据挖掘技术获取针灸治疗胃部疾病的常用腧穴;总结了近20年来利用神经示踪技术研究腧穴-胃之间神经生物学联系取得的成果、不同部位腧穴与胃之间的神经作用机制;讨论了神经示踪剂种类、操作流程等相关影响因素对于示踪结果的影响;提出了在节段性联系之外,腧穴-胃在高位中枢的联系机制有待进一步研究。The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on gastric diseases is definite,and the related mechanism research has also made many achievements.Among them,the mechanism research on the relationship between acupoints commonly used in gastric diseases and stomach by using neural tracer technology provides reliable neurobiological evidence for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gastric diseases.We systematically review and discuss the research trends and existing problems in this field.We employ data mining technology to obtain common acupoints used in acupuncture treatment for gastric diseases.Additionally,we summarize the advancements made in the past 20 years regarding the neurobiological associations between acupoints and the stomach,as well as the neural mechanisms underlying their interaction.We also explore the effects of various factors,such as the type of nerve tracer and the operational process,on the accuracy of tracing results.Furthermore,we propose that further investigation is needed to understand the mechanism of the acupoint-stomach connection in the higher central nervous system,beyond the segmental connections.
