摘  要:目的运用复杂网络分析挖掘中医药防治肺癌术后复发转移优势人群的核心处方,对核心处方进行有效性评价。方法收集829例肺癌术后无进展生存期大于2年的患者,运用复杂网络分析的方法挖掘核心中药处方,通过建立C57BL/6小鼠Lewis肺癌术后动物模型,进行核心处方的有效性评价。结果优势人群中出现复发转移和未出现复发转移两组人群各挖掘出处方5张,动物实验表明中药可以有效防治肺癌术后复发转移,延长小鼠生存时间,提高小鼠体质量(P<0.05),同时以未复发转移人群核心处方干预,肺癌术后小鼠复发肺部转移瘤发生更少,生存时间更长。结论运用复杂网络分析可以对肺癌术后临床资料进行处方挖掘,挖掘所得的核心处方初步验证有良好的效果。Objective Use complex network analysis to mine the core prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of lung cancer,and evaluate the effectiveness of the core prescriptions.Methods A total of 829 patients with postoperative progression-free survival of lung cancer greater than 2 years were collected,the core traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were mined by complex network analysis,and the effectiveness of the core prescriptions was evaluated by establishing the C57BL/6 mouse Lewis lung cancer postoperative animal model.Results Advantage the crowd has spread to the recurrence,metastasis and recurrence of does not appear two groups excavated prescription 5 pieces,each animal experiments show that Chinese medicine can be effective prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence of lung cancer metastasis,prolong the survival time of mice,increase the weight of mice(P<0.05),and at the same time to transfer not recurrence core prescription intervention,lung cancer,less postoperative recurrence of lung metastases occur in mice,Survival time is longer.Conclusion Complex network analysis can be used to mine the clinical data after lung cancer surgery,and the core prescriptions obtained from mining have a good effect.
