复方丹参滴丸治疗ST段改变心绞痛患者:采用试验序贯的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的使用试验序贯的Meta分析评价复方丹参滴丸治疗ST段改变心绞痛的有效性和安全性,为临床治疗冠心病心绞痛提供循证依据。方法通过检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science共8个电子文献数据库,纳入复方丹参滴丸治疗ST段改变心绞痛的随机对照试验(Randomized controlled trial,RCT)。由两名研究者独立评估临床研究资料,提取相关数据,评价研究质量。并采用Meta分析和试验序列分析(Trial sequential analysis,TSA)进行主次结局分析。结果最终纳入12个RCT,共计1391例患者。研究发现,与对照组相比,试验组以TSA结论改善临床疗效,改善ST段改变,降低低密度脂蛋白和全血黏度。此外,复方丹参滴丸给药与副作用无关。结论复方丹参滴丸联合西医常规治疗提高了总有效率,改善ST段改变,降低低密度脂蛋白和全血黏度,但尚需更多的多样本、多中心和双盲设计的随机对照试验进一步验证结果。Objective The efficacy and safety of compound danshen dropping pill the treatment of ST-segment change angina were evaluated by experimental sequential meta-analysis,which provided evidence-based basis for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease angina.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included in the compound danshen dripping pills in the treatment of ST-segment-change angina pectoris by retrieving a total of eight electronic CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,and Web of Science.Two researchers independently assessed the clinical data,extracted relevant data and evaluated the quality of the study.Meta analysis and trial sequential analysis(TSA)were used to analyze the primary and secondary outcomes.Results Twelve RCTs were finally included,with a total of 1391 patients.The study found that compared with the control group,the experimental group with TSA conclusion to improve clinical efficacy,improve ST segment changes,reduce low density lipoprotein and whole blood viscosity.In addition,the administration of compound danshen dripping pills has nothing to do with side effects.Conclusions Compound danshen dripping pills combined with conventional western medicine can improve the total effective rate,improve ST segment changes,and reduce low density lipoprotein and whole blood viscosity.However,more randomized controlled trials with multi-center,double-blind design are needed to further verify the results.
