摘  要:目的恶性肿瘤作为当前人民群众健康杀手排行前三的病种,在预防、治疗过程中需紧跟中西医并重战略。西苑医院大数据创新实验室探索在院内搭建基于IT新基建技术的智慧化私有云平台,实现基于微服务模式的中西医结合肿瘤综合诊治云服务,为广大患者提供智慧医疗服务。方法收集2015年-2018年中国中医科学院西苑医院、北京中医药大学东直门医院、中国医学科学院肿瘤医院分院全部门诊住院恶性肿瘤473078人次及162509人数的注册登记信息进入平台。采用大数据分析思路,通过对住院和门诊病历的统一展示,以定量与定性相结合的临床研究办法,分析患者人口统计学、疾病及用药情况,为临床工作者在利用中医药治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤上提供指导依据,并探索中医个体化治疗全新范式。结果搭建满足新时代对中医药信息化有效支撑的IT新基础设施,形成中西医并重恶性肿瘤登记注册数据集;建设配套中西医并重恶性肿瘤临床诊疗模型,形成全量恶性肿瘤患者数据集,为互联网中西医并重恶性肿瘤登记注册研究做出贡献;构建微服务模式的智慧化私有云平台,提升中医恶性肿瘤随访能力和效率。结论基于微服务的中西医结合肿瘤综合诊治云平台的建设填补了中医药信息化新基建领域的空白;云平台的随访功能服务质量以及扩大随访人群对肿瘤预后具有重要意义,体现出治疗过程中隐含的中西医并重诊疗模式。依托IT新基建搭建智慧化私有云平台,通过互联网手段实现恶性肿瘤患者早筛早治,可扩大早筛早治服务范围,提升早筛早治服务智慧化云推送。Objective Malignant tumors are currently the top three diseases that kill people′s health.Keeping up with the national strategy of vigorously advocating an equal emphasis on traditional Chinese and Western medicine,We explored establishing an intelligent private cloud platform based on new IT infrastructure technology in the hospital.Realizing cloud services for comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of tumors based on the micro-service model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine provides intelligent medical services for most patients.Methods From 2015 to 2018,the registration information of 473,078 outpatients and 162,509 patients with malignant tumors in Xiyuan Hospital of Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Dongzhimen Hospital for Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences were collected and entered into the platform.We used big data analysis ideas through the unified display of inpatient and outpatient medical records.In this article,we use quantitative and qualitative clinical research methods to analyze patient demographics,diseases,and drug use to help clinicians apply traditional Chinese medicine to treat the advanced digestive tract,Guiding malignant tumors,exploring a new paradigm of individualized treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Results Building a new IT infrastructure can effectively support the informatization of traditional Chinese medicine in this new era and form a registration data set of malignant tumors with a combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.In the meantime,to build a supporting clinical diagnosis and treatment model of malignant tumors with a variety of traditional Chinese and western medicine and forming a full-scale malignant tumor patient data set,which is an excellent contribution to the research on the registration of malignant tumors in both Chinese and Western medicine on the Internet.An intelligent private cloud platform with a micro-service model could improve traditi
