摘 要:对TC4钛合金进行真空渗氮处理,建立动力学方程,对其渗氮动力学规律进行了研究。结果表明,TC4钛合金真空渗氮以扩散过程为控制环节,渗氮动力学曲线符合抛物线规律,渗氮活化能为125.06 kJ/mol,小于钛合金的常规气体渗氮活化能189.79 kJ/mol,采用真空渗氮方法氮的扩散更容易进行。TC4钛合金真空渗氮在渗氮层次表面发生了铝的偏聚,表面物相主要由TiN、Ti3Al及Ti2AlN组成。The vacuum nitriding treatment of TC4 titanium alloy was carried out,the kinetic equation was established,and the kinetic law of nitriding was studied.The results show that the diffusion process is the controlling factor in vacuum nitriding of TC4 titanium alloy,and the nitriding kinetic curve accords with the parabola law.The nitriding activation energy of 125.06 kJ/mol,which is less than that of conventional gas nitriding of titanium alloy(189.79 kJ/mol).The diffusion is nitrogen by vacuum nitriding is easier.Aluminum segregation occurs at the subsurface of TC4 titanium alloy by vacuum nitriding.The surface phase is mainly composed of Ti N,Ti3Al and Ti2AlN.
