盐酸米诺环素与甲硝唑药膜治疗成人牙周炎的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的针对成人牙周炎患者采取盐酸米诺环素与甲硝唑药膜治疗,观察两种药物治疗的临床效果。方法病例收集时间为2017年10月—2019年4月,在上述时间内选取86例成人牙周炎患者,将86例患者随机平均分为两组,常规组43例给予甲硝唑药膜治疗,研究组43例给予盐酸米诺环素治疗,对比两种药物治疗的临床效果、不良反应、以及患牙指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于常规组的76.74%,结果对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.441,P=0.035),且研究组总不良反应发生率为4.65%,低于常规组的18.60%,结果对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.074,P=0.044),另外,研究组患牙各种指标均优于常规组,结果对比差异有统计学意义(t=11.769、24.732、15.793、21.685、14.453,P<0.05)。结论针对牙周炎患者采取盐酸米诺环素治疗,治疗总有效更高,不良反应较低,患牙指标能够得到显著的改善,盐酸米诺环素值得在牙周炎患者临床治疗中推广与应用。Objective To treat adult patients with periodontitis with minocycline hydrochloride and metronidazole,and to observe the clinical effects of two drugs.Methods The case collection time was from October 2017 to April 2019.86 adult patients with periodon-titis were selected during the above time.86 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group received 43 cases of metronidazole film treatment,43 patients in the study group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride,comparing the clinical ef-fects,adverse reactions,and dental index of the two drugs.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.02%,which was higher than that of the conventional group(76.74%).The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.441,P=0.035),and the total adverse reaction rate of the study group was 4.65%,which was lower than that of the conventional group of 18.60%,The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.074,P=0.044).In addition,the various indexes of the study group were better than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.769,24.732,15.793,21.685,14.453,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with periodontitis with minocycline hydrochloride is more effective and less effective,and the dental index can be significantly im-proved.Minocycline hydrochloride is worthy of promotion in the clinical treatment and application of patients with periodontitis.
