摘 要:作者用L-[1-13C]-亮氨酸体内示踪的方法测定6只烫伤兔总体蛋白质动力学变化。结果表明兔在受到15%三度烫伤后48小时,总体蛋白质代谢的流量(Q)、合成速度(S)和分解速度(C)分别是对照兔的2、2.2和2.6倍。烫伤兔Q、S、C都与摄入蛋白量(I)有正相关性(r=0.98,P<0.01;r=0.92,P<0.01;r=0.83,P<0.05),对照兔仅Q与I,S与I之间有相关性(r=0.89,P<0.05;r=0.81,P<0.05),C与I无显著相关(r=-0.16,P>0.05)。两组动物随着摄入蛋白量增加,净蛋白合成率线性上升(r=0.97,P<0.01;r=0.92,P<0.01)。Using L-(1-13C)-leucine tracing technique,we determined the total body protein kinetics in 6 rabbits with third degree burn of 15%BSA and 6 normal rabbits.The results showed that 48 hours after scalding,the total body protein metabolic flux(Q),synthesis(S),and catabolism(C)were 2.0-,2.2-,and 2.6-fold those in normal rabbits respectively.In scalded rabbits,there were positive correlations between Q and I,S and I,and C and I,while in normal ones positive correlations were found only between Q and I,and S and I.Moreover,with increased protein intake,net protein synthesis rose parallelly in both groups.When normal rabbits were given protein>3.2g/kg/d,positive nitrogen balance could be expected,however the scalded rabbits showed negative nitrogen balance regardless of high protein intake,suggesting high protein intake could not reverse negative nitrogen balance in scalded rabbits.
