摘　　要：建立档案信息资源共享平台,实现档案信息的数字科学化管理,是数字中国的重要组成部分,职业院校数字档案共享平台建设中存在管理制度不完善、规章制度不健全、技术支持能力不足等问题,为此,要强化统一平台构建,对档案目录、主题词进行重置。强化档案系统之间的合作,注重档案数据信息的安全共享。Establishing a platform for sharing archives information resources and realizing digital and scientific management of archives information is an important part of Digital China.In the construction of digital archives sharing platforms for vocational colleges,there are problems such as imperfect management systems,imperfect rules and regulations,and insufficient technical support capabilities.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of a unified platform and reset the archives directory and subject terms,and to strengthen the cooperation between file systems,and pay attention to the safe sharing of file data information.
