摘  要:针对柔性铰链的承载、成型工艺及原子氧防护问题,根据铝箔的性能特点及与原子氧的反应机理,提出了采用铝箔作为柔性铰链轴孔内层材料,并给出了铝箔与PI膜胶接模压成型工艺方案。对采用铝箔作为柔性铰链轴孔内层材料进行了成型工艺试验,铝箔完好。对成型的柔性铰链试件进行了高温、低温及常温拉伸强度试验,剥离强度试验及原子氧试验,试验结果均满足要求。试验结果表明:铝箔用于柔性铰链的可行性及成型工艺的可行性。According to the feature of aluminum foil and principle of its reaction with atomic oxygen,utilizing aluminum foil as the inner layer material of flexible hinge to solve the problems of payload bearing,forming process and atomic oxygen denudation is proposed,and the forming process of aluminum foil and PI film is put forward.The forming process of using aluminum foil as the inner layer material of flexible hinge is tested and the aluminum foil is good.Tensile strength of the flexible hinge at high temperature,low temperature and normal temperature are tested.Peeling strength and atomic oxygen denudation are also tested.Test results indicate aluminum foil is fit for using as one of the materials of flexible hinge and the valid of the forming process.
