摘 要:曾经在教育研究与实践领域如火如荼的核心素养眼下似乎显得有些萧条。鉴于此,本文从理论、实践和政策三方面逐层探寻核心素养始"热"终"冷"现象的表现、原委及得失,认为当前核心素养尴尬的处境与理论研究的滞缓、实践探索的受阻和政策推行的不力不无关系。值得注意的是,相形于理论和实践层面的"沉寂",核心素养在政策层面已经开始扭转颓势,并在引领高中课程和教学改革中谱写新的篇章。作为对全面发展教育的继承和素质教育的深化与升华,核心素养的使命还远未结束,未来将大有作为。Core Competence,once flourishing in educational research and practice,now seems to be languishing.In view of this,this paper explores the presentations,reasons,gain and loss of the phenomenon of"hot"beginning and"cold"ending of core accomplishment from theory,practice,and policy.The conclusion is that the current dilemma of core competence is related to the delay of theoretical research,the obstruction of practical exploration and the ineffective of policy implementation.It is worth noting that,in contrast to the"silence"at the theoretical and practical levels,the core competence has begun to reverse the decline at the policy level,leading to the high school curriculum and teaching reform to open a new chapter.As the inheritance of comprehensive development education and the deepening and sublimation of quality education,the mission of core competence is not over,and it will make great progress in the future.
