摘 要:为了应对我国高等教育规模扩张和"双一流"建设对大学教师量与质的需求,以及博士毕业生从教时研究与教学能力不平衡的问题,很有必要在博士生教育阶段开展教学能力训练,促进博士生的预期社会化。美国宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院联合教与学中心创建的教师发展项目(TDP)非常具有典型性,它将教师职前培养纳入博士生培养体系,推动了博士生教育与教师发展一体化改革。通过对此项目的深入案例分析,提出以一体化改革聚焦博士生教学能力培养、以跨部门协作搭建博士生联合育人平台、以个性化组合制定博士生教学培养方案、以制度化设计改善博士生教学训练方式等途径,为我国博士生教育改革和教师发展提供参考借鉴。To respond to the demand of quantity and quality of faculty members for the expansion of higher education scale and the construction of"double first-rate"in China,as well as the imbalance of doctoral students’studying and teaching ability in the teaching profession,it is necessary to carry out the teaching ability training in the stage of doctoral education to facilitate their anticipatory socialization.Teacher Development Program(TDP)created by Center for Teaching and Learning and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania is very typical,which puts teachers’pre-service training into the doctoral training system to promote the integrated reform of doctoral education and faculty development.According to the in-depth case study of TDP,this research proposes to focus on the teaching ability cultivation of doctoral students with integrated reform,to build their joint education platform by cross-departmental collaboration,to formulate the teaching and training programs for them with personalized combination,and to improve their teaching and training methods by institutional design,which providesreference and experience for the reform of doctoral education and faculty development in China.
