含缬酪肽蛋白表达与侵袭性B细胞淋巴瘤预后的相关性分析

摘　　要：为了探讨含缬酪肽蛋白(valosin-containing protein,VCP)表达与侵袭性B细胞淋巴瘤预后的相关性,选取90例侵袭性B细胞淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组化技术检测所有患者石蜡包埋样本的VCP表达水平,根据其表达水平将患者分成VCP高表达组(n=42)和VCP低表达组(n=48),比较两组患者的临床特征以及预后情况,并对患者的预后影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果显示,两组患者的安阿伯(Ann Arbor)分期和复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);VCP高表达组患者无病生存期(disease-free survival,DFS)和总生存期(overall survival,OS)均显著低于VCP低表达组(P<0.05);单因素和多因素分析结果均显示,Ann Arbor分期和VCP表达水平是侵袭性B细胞淋巴瘤患者DFS和OS的独立影响因素。提示VCP的表达水平显著影响侵袭性B细胞淋巴瘤的预后,VCP在侵袭性B细胞淋巴瘤的发生和发展过程中起重要的作用,可作为预测侵袭性B细胞淋巴瘤预后的有效指标。To investigate the correlation between the expression of valorian-containing protein(VCP)and the prognosis of invasive B-cell lymphoma,90patients with invasive B-cell lymphoma were selected.The expression level of VCP in all patients was detected by immuno-histochemistry technique.The patients were divided into two groups according to their expression levels of VCP:group with high expression of VCP(n=42)and group with low expression of VCP group(n=48).The clinical features and prognosis of the two groups were compared,and the prognostic factors were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analyses.Our results showed that there were significant differences in Ann Arbor stage as well as recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)in patients with high expression of VCP were significantly lower than those in patients with low expression of VCP(P<0.05).In addition,the results of univariate and multivariate analyses showed that Ann Arbor stage and VCP expression level were independent influencing factors of DFS and OS.Our study suggests that there is a correlation between the expression of VCP and the prognosis of invasive B-cell lymphoma.VCP may play an important role in the development of invasive B-cell lymphoma and could be used as an effective index for predicting the prognosis of invasive B-cell lymphoma.
