摘　　要：患者与家属是相互影响的,在注重医疗技术、医疗制度这些理性要素对患者康复产生积极作用的同时仍然不可忽视家属心态变化对患者的直接影响。文章通过访谈法对17位患有恶性实体肿瘤的儿童家属的心态演化过程及内在原因分析后发现:受患者疾病的发生阶段与外在情境的变化,家属心态主要经历了诊断期的悔恨、治疗期的焦虑及后期的担忧,但这种心态变化并不是单一的,仅是在某个特定的时期某一类心态占据主导地位,这既与个体的承载力与网络资本有关,也受社会制度、结构的制约。未来需要在尊重个体差异与社会统一性的基础上做好专业医务社工的引进、互助支持网络的建立、医务共享信息平台塑造及医疗体制改革与医疗资源均衡配置等方面的工作。Patients and their families influence each other.When the rational elements such as medical technology and medical system have a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients,the direct impact of family members’mentality on patients cannot be ignored.Through the analysis of the mentality evolution process and internal causes of 17 family members of children with malignant solid tumors through interviews,it was found that the family mentality mainly experienced remorse during the diagnosis period and treatment period due to the changes of the patient’s disease occurrence stage and external circumstances.Anxiety and later worries,However,the change of mentality is a certain type of mentality dominates in a certain period,which is not only related to the carrying capacity of individuals and network capital,but also affected by social systems and structures.In the future,it is necessary to do a good job in the introduction of professional medical social workers,the establishment of a mutual support network,the formation of a shared medical information platform,the reform of the reimbursement system and the balanced allocation of medical resources on the basis of respecting individual differences and social unity.
