增值评价视域下“警勋银行”积分评价系统的构建

摘　　要：探索增值性评价是新时期深化教育教学改革的重要内容。如何科学地评价学生的学习效果和增值幅度,改进终结性评价方式,提高教育质量,是当前警察类高职院校教学的热点和难点。因此,有必要分析警察类高职院校教学评价体系存在的问题,创新丰富的评价形态,构建基于增值评价要求的“警勋银行”积分评价系统,以期提升积分评价的效力,在警察类院校专业育警价值向度上,实现学生专业知识的阶梯式增值和岗位技能、核心素养的效能提升。Exploring value-added evaluation is an important part of deepening education and teaching reform in the new era.How to evaluate students'learning effect and increment range scientifically and improve the final evaluation method are the hot and difficult points in the education of police higher vocational colleges at present.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the problems existing in the teaching evaluation system of police higher vocational colleges,innovate diverse evaluation forms,and build a"Police Medal Bank"credit evaluation system based on value-added evaluation requirements,in order to improve the effectiveness of credit evaluation,and realize the stepped value-added of students'professional knowledge and the efficiency improvement of post skills and core qualities in the value dimension of professional police education in police colleges.
