摘 要:监狱教育矫正效能评价是推进教育矫正实践的基础性工作,需要厘清评价的主体、客体、对象及目的等基本内涵,强化其创新性、复杂性、导向性、系统性、开放性等基本特性。监狱教育矫正效能评价体系设计需要依托教育矫正活动的计划性、精细化和体系化来展开,针对个体与群体、单一与综合、短期与长期、经济与社会、直接与间接等不同样态加以完善,并加强工作理念、法律制度和专业人才等相关支撑。The efficacy assessment of educational correction in prison is the basic work to promote the practice of rehabiltation.It is necessary to make clear the fundamental connotations of the subjects,objects,targets and objectives of the assessment,and to highlight its innovation,complexity,orientation,systematicness and openness.The design of efficacy assessment system for educational rehabilitation needs to rely on the planning,refinement and systematization of the correctional activities,and should be improved according to different modalities like individuality and group,singleness and comprehensiveness,short-term and longterm,economy and society,directness and indirectness.Besides,it also calls for related supporting elements including working concept,legal system and professional talents.
