关于日本《外交时报》对“济南惨案”报道的分析

摘　　要：1928年的“济南惨案”,在中国近代史乃至东亚史上产生了重大且深远的影响。惨案发生后,国内舆论一片哗然,各大媒体在报道的同时,对日本帝国主义的侵略行径进行了强烈谴责。而在日本国内,其媒体亦围绕着惨案发生背景及影响展开了深度分析和激烈讨论。《外交时报》作为当时日本最具影响力的政论性杂志之一,其相关报道基本能反映当时日本社会对“济南惨案”的认知和态度,对解读日本军国主义的对外扩张和侵略思想提供了重要的佐证材料。“Jinan Massacre”in 1928 exerted a far-reaching influence on the modern history of China,and even the history of East Asia.Public opinions at home and abroad were in commotion after the massacre.The major media in China reported the event and strongly condemned Japanese imperialist aggression.The Japanese media conducted an in-depth analysis and carried on heated discussions on the background and impact of the massacre.Revue Diplomatique was a highly influential propaganda magazine in Japan and its reports could in the main reflect the understanding and attitude of the Japanese society at that time.These reports can provide significant supporting materials for today’s interpretation of the expansionism and aggressiveness ideology and policies of the Japanese militarism at that time.
