基于《内经》因势利导思想从“因其轻而扬之”略论温病学派用药特点

摘　　要：本文从《内经》“因其轻而扬之”的轻、扬二字入手,全面深入解读其内涵,并在此基础上阐释该治则所针对的病邪性质、病位、病证特点,以及据此对药物性味进行归类的具体应用,总结了叶天士、吴鞠通、王孟英等温病学家“轻清”用药特点的具体运用,以此启发对《内经》因势利导治则的理解。This paper starts with the words“Qing”and“Yang”in Neijing,based on the comprehensive and in-depth interpretation of its connotation,we can understand the nature,location and syndrome characteristics of the disease,and the specific application of drug flavor classification,finally,this paper also summarizes the specific connotation of the medication characteristics of“Qin Qing”of the school of febrile diseases such as YE Tianshi,WU Jutong and WANG Mengying.
