摘　　要：目的:探索通阳化气汤加减联合化疗对胃癌患者治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月明确诊断为晚期胃癌的96例患者作为试验对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48),对照组采用奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用通阳化气汤加减,比较两组患者治疗后总体效果、疾病控制情况、治疗前后血清中CEA、VEGF、Th17/Treg水平以及治疗前后KPS评分情况评价其生活质量情况;随访患者并进行生存分析。结果:观察组患者的总体有效率和疾病控制率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清中CEA、VEGF和Th17/Treg明显低于治疗前,而观察组治疗后血清中CEA、VEGF和Th17/Treg明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗后的KPS评分明显优于治疗前,同时观察组患者的KPS评分改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访所有实验对象1年,观察组的生存率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通阳化气汤加减联合化疗药物可改善晚期胃癌患者的生活质量,提高生存率,对晚期胃癌患者的治疗具有重要意义,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective:To explore the effect of using Modified Tongyang Huaqi Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer.Method:Ninety-six patients with advanced gastric cancer diagnosed from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=48)and a controlled group(n=48).The controlled group was treated with Oxaliplatin plus Tigio chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Modified Tongyang Huaqi Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The overall effect,disease control,serum levels of CEA,VEGF and Th17/Treg before and after treatment and KPS score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups to evaluate their quality of life.The patients were followed up and survival analysis was performed.Results:The total effective rate and disease control rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group,and the serum CEA,VEGF and Th17/Treg of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the serum CEA,VEGF and Th17/Treg of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group.The KPS score of the observation group and the controlled group after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment,and the KPS score of the observation group was improved more significantly than that of the controlled group,and the survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group after 1-year follow-up(P<0.031).Conclusion:Tongyang Huaqi Decoction combined with chemotherapeutic drugs can improve the quality of life and improve the survival rate of patients with advanced gastric cancer,which is of great significance for the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer and is worth popularizing in clinic.
