高效液相色谱法测定复方制剂Y中没食子酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立复方制剂Y中没食子酸的高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。方法:HPLC采用AgiLent ZoRBAX SB-pheny1柱,甲醇(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱(0min~20min,5%→10%A),检测波长271nm,对本制剂中没食子酸进行含量测定。结果:没食子酸在0.02102mg/ml~0.5254mg/ml范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.32%,RSD为1.74%(n=9)。结论:所建立的高效液相色谱含量测定方法简便、准确,能有效控制该制剂的质量。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Gallic Acid in Compound Preparation Y.Methods:HPLC was eluted with AgiLent ZoRBAX SB-pheny1 column,methanol(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B),gradient elution(0~20 min,5%→10%A),detection wavelength 271 nm,the content of gallic acid determination.Results:HPLC content determination,Gallic Acid in the range of 0.02102~0.5254 mg/ml,Linear relationship was good(r=0.9991),the average recovery rate was 99.32%,RSD1.74%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is sensitive simple,accurate and reproducible.So it can be used as a method for the determination of Gallic acid in Compound Preparation Y.
