润目生津汤联合人工泪液滴眼治疗干眼症(肺阴亏虚证)疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究润目生津汤联合人工泪液滴眼治疗干眼症(肺阴亏虚证)的疗效观察。方法:选择2020年1月~2020年12月来我院就诊的干眼症(肺阴亏虚证)82例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组采用人工泪液(聚乙烯醇滴眼液)滴眼治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合润目生津汤治疗。比较治疗后两组患者的临床疗效,比较治疗前、后两组患者泪液分泌实验(SIT)、泪膜破损时间(BUT)、角膜荧光染色评分(FL)、临床单项主观症状积分、炎症反应因子水平[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、视觉相关生命质量量表(NEI-VFQ-25)评分,并观察治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的FL均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的BUT、SIt水平均高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的眼干涩、异物感、疲劳感、畏光、烧灼感、眼红积分均低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组各评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β水平均低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的一般健康状况、活动障碍、视力障碍评分均高于于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组各评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:润目生津汤联合人工泪液滴眼治疗干眼症(肺阴亏虚证)患者疗效好,能够有效改善患者的干眼症状,调节基础泪液分泌量及泪膜破裂时间,改善角膜荧光染色,降低其炎症反应,改善其生活质量。Objective:To explore the curative effect of using Runmu Shengjin Decoction combined with artificial tears eye drops on dry eyes(lung-Yin deficiency syndrome).Methods:A total of 82 patients with dry eyes(lung-Yin deficiency syndrome)treated in the hospital from January to December 2020 were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group and a controlled group,41 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with artificial tears(polyvinyl alcohol)eye drops,while the observation group was treated with Runmu Shengjin Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical curative effect after treatment,Schirmer I test(SIT),break-up time(BUT),scores of corneal fluorescence staining(FL)and clinical single subjective symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and scores of National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire(NEI-VFQ-25)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was observed.Results:After treatment,the total response rate of the observation group was higher than of the controlled group(92.68%vs 75.61%)(P<0.05).After treatment,FL scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in the observation group than the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,BUT and SIt in both groups were increased(P<0.05),which were higher in the observation group than the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of dry eyes,foreign body sensation,fatigue,photophobia,burn sensation and pinkeye in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in the observation group than the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-6,TNF-αand IL-1βin both groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in the observation group than the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of general conditions,movement disorder and visual disorder in both groups were increased(P<0.05),which were higher in the observation group than the contro
