摘 要:全面分析了草业科学专业教育到就业过程中出现的一些困惑,包括学生对专业学习的认识程度、专业和职业之间的辩证关系、从专业学习向就业过渡的陌生感和恐惧感、就业上岗角色感不强等等一系列问题,并针对性地提出相关的解决方案:在本科专业教育时限不变、扎实掌握专业知识的前提下,抽出部分假日时间,加强职业生涯规划教育与就业指导实践,并通过校企深度合作方式,使企业成为学生专业实践的基地和就业平台,并进一步采用顶岗实习提前就业上岗,通过双向选择缩短学生社会化进程,势必成为高等院校专业教育和人才培养可推广的一种教育模式。This article comprehensively analyzes some perplexities from education to employment in thepratacultural science,including students’understanding of professional learning,the dialectical relationship between major and occupation,the strangeness and fear of transition from professional learning to employment,and the weak sense of employment role,etc.And put forward targeted solutions to the above problems:On the premise of the same time limit of undergraduate professional education and solid mastery of professional knowledge,we should spare some holiday time to strengthen career planning education and employment guidance practice.By means of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,enterprises can become the base and employment platform for students’professional practice,and further adopt post practice to get employed in advance.To shorten the socialization process of students through two-way selection is bound to be an educational mode that can be popularized in professional education in colleges and universities.
