摘 要:太空中的微重力、强辐射、噪声等环境因素会对航天员造成不同程度的生理和病理损伤,为保证航天员的身心健康,确保航天工作顺利开展,开展航天环境下生理病理损伤机制和相应药物防护研究已成为载人航天医学领域中的重要研究问题。失重造成的骨骼肌萎缩和肌肉力量下降较为显著,目前其发生机制仍不明确,药物的干预也较为少见。本文将从目前失重及模拟失重效应下的肌肉萎缩机制及相关防护药物角度进行综述,为失重导致的肌肉萎缩防护提供研究依据,亦或为失重肌肉萎缩的防护药物研究提供借鉴。Microgravity,strong radiation,noise and other environmental factors in space could cause different degrees of physiological and pathological damage to astronauts.In order to ensure the physical and mental health of astronauts and the smooth development of space work,it is very important to study the mechanism of physiological and pathological damage and corresponding drug protection in space environment.Skeletal muscle atrophy and muscle strength decline caused by weightlessness are relatively significant,however the mechanism of the weightless atrophy is still unclear and there is a lack of drug intervention.In this paper,the mechanism of muscle atrophy under current weightlessness and simulated weightlessness as well as related protective drugs will be reviewed,so as to provide research basis for the protection of muscle atrophy caused by weightlessness,or provide reference for the research of protective drugs for muscle atrophy under weightlessness.
