摘　　要：目的比较不同修复体对磨牙牙体缺损患者修复美学效果及咀嚼功能的影响。方法选择2022年1月至2023年2月秦皇岛市海港医院口腔科磨牙牙体缺损患者60例进行研究,经随机数字表法分组,各30例。A组应用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复,B组应用e-max铸瓷嵌体修复,比较两组美学效果、咀嚼功能、修复优良率和不良反应率。结果修复6月后,A组美学效果评分高于B组(P<0.05);修复1月后、修复3月后、修复6月后,A组咀嚼功能高于B组(P<0.05);修复6月后,两组修复优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组不良反应率小于B组(P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆全瓷冠、e-max铸瓷嵌体均可在磨牙牙体缺损修复中发挥显著作用,但前者的美学效果、咀嚼功能以及修复安全性更好,值得临床推广。Objective:To compare the effects of different prosthetics on the aesthetic effect and masticatory function of patients with denture defects.Methods:From January 2022 to February 2023,60 patients with denture defects in Qinhuangdao Harbor Hospital were selected and divided into 30 cases by random number table method.Group A was repaired with zirconia ceramic crown,group B was repaired with e-max ceramic input,and the aesthetic effect,chewing function,repair good and good rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 months of restoration,the aesthetic effect score of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The masticatory function of group A was higher than that of group B after 1 month,3 months and 6 months of repair(P<0.05).After 6 months of repair,there was no significant difference in the rate of excellent repair between the two groups(P>0.05).The adverse reaction rate of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zirconia full porcelain crown and e-max porcelain inlays can play a significant role in the repair of molar tooth defects,but the former has better aesthetic effect,chewing function and repair safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
