摘 要:目的:探讨高频超声在周围神经卡压综合征诊断中的效果。方法:研究期(2019年1月-2022年1月)内,选取神经卡压综合征患者87例作为观察对象(观察组),另于同期选取87名健康体检者作为对照组,两组均接受高频超声检查,对检查结果进行综合性评估。结果:观察组神经卡压综合征患者腕管入口CSA、腕管出口CSA水平均高于对照组健康体检者,(p<0.05)。结论:高频超声在周围神经卡压综合征诊断中的效果显著,可参考实施。Objective:To investigate the effect of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral nerve compression syndrome.Methods:During the study period(January 2019 to January 2022),87 patients with nerve entrapment syndrome were selected as the observation group,and 87 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.High-frequency ultrasound examination was performed in both groups,and the results were comprehensively evaluated.Results:The CSA levels of carpal tunnel entrance and carpal tunnel exit in patients with nerve compression syndrome in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound has a significant effect on the diagnosis of peripheral nerve compression syndrome.
